A week-long course under the theme "Botany, History and Culture of Cacao" will be presented by ethnobotanist Jillian De Gezelle. This short course will be offered at Cotton Tree Lodge for plant people, chocolate lovers, and anyone interested in learning experientially in the Maya villages and rainforests in Southern Belize.
