The National Trust of Trinidad & Tobago (The National Trust) was established by the National Trust of Trinidad and Tobago Act, Chap 40:53, for the broad purpose of conservation and public education on the built and natural heritage of Trinidad and Tobago.
The National Trust is inviting applications from qualified citizens or residents of Trinidad and Tobago to fill the following vacancy:
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
This position reports to the Council of the National Trust and is responsible for the overall strategic and operational leadership of the staff and operations and fulfillment of the mission and mandate of the National Trust.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of ten (10) years experience in project management and organisational management in any of the following fields: heritage, culture, creative enterprise, education, events or entertainment.
The candidate must hold a Master's degree in business management, heritage management or a related field with professional qualifications and/or certifications in finance, culture and heritage, history, planning, environmental studies, tourism or any other related fields. Membership in the National Trust will be considered an asset.
